Looking for Changi Beach Area C? It contains pits 17–20 near Changi Ferry Road. Areas A and B are along different roads, so the park name alone is not enough for the invitation.
Which Changi Beach BBQ area should you choose?
Choose the area around your arrival plan. Check the official map for the route from your preferred carpark to the pit, then look for the nearest toilet and a meeting point that guests can recognise.
If friends are coming separately, put the area, pit number and map pin together in one message. A photo of the meeting point can help the person bringing food find you.

How to book a Changi Beach BBQ pit

NParks allows applications up to two months ahead, with BBQ use from noon to 10.30pm. The S$16 pit fee is separate from food and catering.

Changi Beach Area C: where should guests meet?
Area C is the group of four pits, 17–20, near Changi Ferry Road. Use the Area C directions on the official NParks barbecuing page to plan your arrival.
Include your exact pit number in the invite. Choose a pickup or drop-off point after checking the map; do not assume a driver can stop beside the pit.
Agree on a meeting point with the person bringing food and arrange help with the walk to the pit.
Parking and getting to the right pit
NParks lists seven carparks at Changi Beach Park, with parking charges. Match your chosen pit to the official park map before sending a carpark destination.
For guests coming by bus, taxi or ride-hail, share the final meeting point as well as the park name. Check the onward route when planning from public transport.
- Check the walk for anyone carrying a cooler or bringing children.
- Arrange help for carrying food from the agreed handover point.
- Decide on a pickup point for the trip home.
What food should you plan for a beach BBQ?
Count adults and children, check dietary needs, and choose food around who will be doing the grilling. A manageable menu leaves the host more time with the group.
Sunday Roast supplies raw food to be cooked at the event. You can manage the grilling yourselves or ask about a Sunday Roast chef with your food order. We will need the pit, access route and cooking space before confirming the arrangement.

What if it rains at Changi Beach?
Decide with the group what you will do if the weather changes before food preparation begins. A nearby shelter is shared public space; it is not reserved with your BBQ pit.
NParks does not allow tentages around BBQ pits, even when it rains. Keep cooking within the designated pit and leave access paths clear.
- Agree who will contact guests if plans change.
- Check the official booking terms before paying; catering arrangements are separate.
- Leave the area tidy and never put hot charcoal in a rubbish bin.
