Is payment taken on the order page?

No. The order form sends your BBQ menu and event details as a quote request. We check the menu, guest count, grill setup, and event notes with you before anything is confirmed or invoiced.

What event details should I send with the order?

Share guest count, event date and time, venue type, BBQ pit status if applicable, rain backup, dietary needs, and loading or lift access. The more of these you can confirm up front, the fewer back-and-forth messages before the final quote.

What is the difference between delivery without live grilling and chef-led BBQ?

Delivery is drop-off food for the host to serve. Chef-led BBQ adds an on-site chef to grill with your Sunday Roast order. It is not standalone hire.

When is chef-led BBQ complimentary?

Chef-led grilling is complimentary with qualifying Sunday Roast food orders at 1200 dollars and above, excluding public holidays. Below that threshold a chef-led fee applies, capped to the configured amount.

Do you offer halal BBQ catering?

We can request halal-sourced meats during the order. Halal-sourced is not the same as halal-certified. If the event needs a halal-certified assurance standard, tell us before confirmation so we can confirm what can be accommodated.
